(licence 2626719559888). We work for small and mid-sized businesses
across the UAE.

We build three things: websites and web platforms, iOS and Android apps, and
AI built into a product or an operation. We also run managed IT and AMC, IT
consulting and digital marketing — mostly for the businesses we build for.

The one thing that makes us different: every build runs as a fixed twenty-eight
day cycle at a fixed price, and each cycle ends with something live in
production. Clients own their source code, repositories, app store accounts and
cloud accounts outright. There is no lock-in beyond the current cycle.

## How a cycle works

- **Days 01 – 04 — Discover**: We sit with the people doing the work. Systems audited, constraints written down, success measured in something you can count.
- **Days 05 – 09 — Blueprint**: The shape of the solution, costed and sequenced. What we build, what we buy, what we leave alone — and why.
- **Days 10 – 19 — Build**: Working software every few days, in your environment, reviewed by your people. No black box, no big reveal.
- **Days 20 – 24 — Integrate**: The unglamorous part: connecting to what exists, migrating data, making the edge cases behave.
- **Days 25 – 28 — Go live**: Released, documented and handed to a team that can run it. Then you decide whether there is a next cycle.

## Questions we are asked most

### What does an IT AMC in Dubai usually cover?
An annual maintenance contract covers the ongoing running of your IT: helpdesk support, monitoring, patching, backups, security updates and scheduled preventive maintenance, with agreed response times. Ours also names the engineer who knows your estate, and reports quarterly against the numbers we agreed at the start. Project work sits outside the AMC and is quoted per cycle.

### Do we own the code?
Yes, entirely. Repositories are created in your organisation from day one. No licence back to us, no proprietary framework you have to keep paying for, and no hosting arrangement you cannot exit.

### Can you work alongside our existing IT team?
Usually the best arrangement. We commonly take infrastructure, security and out-of-hours support so an internal team can focus on the applications and relationships they know better than we ever will. The split is agreed before we start.

### What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so in the first week and hand back the rest of the cycle. A surprising share of problems put to us as AI problems are really data quality, process or integration problems, usually cheaper and more reliable to fix.

### What happens if we leave?
You get everything: documentation, credentials, asset register and a structured handover. Nothing about the way we build is designed to make leaving difficult.
